Massimo Bonanni

I’m a Microsoft Technical Trainer with a long history in technology and community leadership. I’ve been recognized six times as a Microsoft MVP in Windows and Developer Tools, which reflects my ongoing commitment to sharing knowledge and contributing to the tech community. I’m also an Intel Black Belt and Software Innovator—acknowledgments that highlight my passion for driving innovation and excellence in software development. In my role at Microsoft, I work with customers to strengthen their Azure skills, helping them use the platform more effectively in their solutions. My dedication to education goes well beyond my day job: over the past decade, I’ve delivered more than 200 technical sessions at various conferences. I’ve also founded and managed several tech communities in Italy, creating collaborative spaces for people to learn, grow, and connect. Outside of work, I’m a dog lover, an avid reader, and a fan of building LEGO sets—hobbies that keep me balanced and inspired. My professional journey reflects my commitment to technology, learning, and community engagement, and I strive to bring value to every team or project I’m part of.
