Anastasiia Nachenkina
I am a backend developer, storyteller, and podcast creator who enjoys exploring the intersection of technology, people, and real life. Alongside my work in tech, I co-host the podcast HR-HR and Deploy, where we talk about careers in IT, hiring, relocation, conferences, and the human side of the industry through personal stories, humor, and practical insights. I honestly love sharing what I know because I believe complex ideas become powerful when they are explained clearly and with real-life examples. Through speaking, podcasting, and writing, I aim to bridge gaps between fields — whether between HR and developers, cool experts and beginners with imposters syndrome, theory and lived experience. I would love to make conversations about work, creativity, and technology more open, thoughtful, and human.
Goals & Objectives
In tech and professional communities, a lot of valuable experience stays locked inside individual careers. Through speaking and mentorship, I want to turn that experience into something others can use: practical insights, honest stories, and lessons that help people navigate their own paths with more confidence. That's the first goal. At the same time, mentorship is also a learning process for me. Conversations with mentees constantly challenge my own thinking and help me grow as a communicator. And last but not least is that speaking opens many doors. It creates opportunities to meet and collab with people, and discover new. For me, it’s also a way to build a life with more freedom, the freedom to choose where to live, what conversations to be part of, and who to work with.
