Arthur Doler

I started speaking in 2016 with a talk on the psychology of motivation, and I haven't looked back since. I talk about psychology - cognitive or organizational, most of the time - and how it affects us as employees, as developers, and especially as people. I want people to know what's going on inside their own heads, and the heads of others, so we can make this a better world. In the end I care about making people care, really.
